About the event
Slow down, stretch it out, and finish the day on the trail.
Join She Roams for a sunset hike at Black Rock Loop Trail in the White Tanks, with a little something extra before we hit the trail.
Weâll meet at the trail head at 5:45 PM, where Melina will lead us through some gentle stretching and mindfulness to help us unwind from the day and get our bodies ready to move. Bring a yoga mat or towel for this portion.
Then weâll head out together for a casual hike as the sun begins to set over the West Valley. đ
