About the event

Join She Roams for a sunset hike at Arrowhead Point Trail in Thunderbird Conservation Park, with a little something extra before we hit the trail.


We’ll meet at the picnic table at 5:45 PM, where Melina will lead us through some gentle stretching and mindfulness to help us unwind from the day and get our bodies ready to move. Bring a yoga mat for this portion.

Then we’ll head out together for Arrowhead Point as the sun begins to set over the West Valley. 💛
