Sunrise Stairs at Verrado

Start your morning with a climb, a sunrise, and some good company.

Join She Roams in the West Valley for an early-morning workout at the Verrado Stairs. We’ll meet at the bottom of the stairs and tackle them together while the desert wakes up around us.

Go at your own pace, take breaks when you need them, and challenge yourself as much—or as little—as you want. This one is less about keeping up and more about getting outside and starting the day with a group of women cheering you on. 💛

Afterward, anyone who wants to keep hanging out can join us for an optional coffee meetup nearby. ☕️
