There’s something powerful about choosing yourself before the rest of the world wakes up. Fresh air, quiet trails, and a group of women all showing up for the same reason, to do something a little different, a little challenging, and a lot rewarding.
Join us for a sunrise hike at Echo Canyon Trailhead, one of the most iconic hikes in Phoenix. We’ll hit the trail early, catch the sunrise over the city, and start the day feeling accomplished before most people have had their coffee.
What to Expect
This is an early morning, energizing hike designed to get you moving, clear your mind, and connect with other women before the day begins.
Come solo or bring a friend. Many women show up not knowing anyone and leave already making plans for the next hike 🤍
