About the event
We’re taking on Picacho Peak via Hunter Trail, a short but seriously challenging climb with steep elevation, rocky terrain, scrambling and cable assisted sections leading to incredible views from the summit.
AllTrails rates Hunter Trail Hard, with approximately 2.8 miles round trip and 2,112 feet of elevation gain. The route becomes technical in sections, with fixed cables used to navigate steep rock on the way to the peak.
